If you purchase a membership/subscription or make a donation:

  • Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors (we do not store your full payment card number).

1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3) Educational content only — not medical advice

Bleed Ready provides educational and informational content about bleeding control, trauma preparedness, and community readiness.

  • Content on the Site is not medical advice
  • Use of the Site does not create a clinician‑patient relationship
  • Do not delay seeking professional care because of something you read here

In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (911 in the U.S.).

4) Assumption of risk

Learning and applying trauma first aid skills (including direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet use) involves inherent risk—especially in real-world situations. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree that you use the Site and apply any techniques described at your own risk.

5) Memberships, subscriptions, and paid content

Some content or features may be available only to members or paying subscribers.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information
  • You agree not to share paid content in ways not permitted by BleedReady
  • Access may end if your subscription ends or is canceled

Cancellation: Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds (if any) follow the policy displayed at checkout or communicated by Bleed Ready. Unless required by law, subscription fees may be non‑refundable once a billing period begins.

6) Donations

If the Site accepts donations, donations are voluntary. Donations are only tax‑deductible if Bleed Ready explicitly states that contributions are tax‑deductible and provides required documentation.

7) User messages and submissions

If you submit messages or content (including training requests, comments, or inquiries), you agree:

  • You have the right to submit it
  • It does not violate any laws or third‑party rights
  • It is not abusive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful

We may remove user submissions at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bleed Ready and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on content.
